Operationalize Data-Driven and AI-Enhanced Insights: Develop dashboards and KPI cadences to measure and improve campaign performance, delivering actionable recommendations for continuous optimization.

Elevate Lead Management with Intelligent Automation: Build automated workflows for lead capture, scoring, nurturing, enrichment, and routing; prioritize ABX-qualified accounts and leads using AI.

Champion Data Quality, Governance, and Scalable Systems: Design automated data standards and processes across marketing systems, leveraging AI for data enrichment and predictive modeling.

Strengthen Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Sales, Product, and Finance to align operations with go-to-market and customer engagement strategies, using intelligent automation and data-driven insights.

Standardize and Scale Best Practices: Evolve workflows and standards to support scalable ABX and AI initiatives.

Build and Mentor a High-Performing, Innovation-Driven Team: Foster collaboration, experimentation, and accountability, developing talent in AI, ABX, and related practices to meet revenue targets.

Qualifications

Demonstrated leadership in marketing operations or revenue operations in high-growth SaaS or B2B tech.

Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, prospect engagement, and ABX platforms (e.g., Hubspot, Marketo, Salesforce, Outreach, 6Sense); ideally including direct use of 6Sense and AI tools.

Ability to lead innovative, scalable ABX programs using data, technology, and cross-functional collaboration to drive pipeline and revenue.
