Were hiring a Head of Influencer Marketing to own our influencer engine from sourcing and seeding to viral moments, long-term brand love, and making Dion impossible to ignore. If shaping a category-defining brand excites you lets talk.

Your responsibilities will be to:

  • Develop channel-specific strategies that drive both brand heat and business results
  • Own social media end-to-end: content calendars, performance, budget, creators all of it
  • Build and scale influencer and UGC programs from briefs and contracts to creative direction and ROI
  • Craft marketing campaigns that move people from just heard of Dion to sending drinks like its second nature
  • Build testing frameworks to double down on what works and kill what doesnt
  • Track cultural trends, competitor moves, and white space then act on them
  • Ensure brand voice and creative consistency across all touchpoints

What Were Looking For:

  • 36 years of marketing or social media leadership in consumer tech, marketplaces, or lifestyle brands
  • Experience working directly with influencers, and building and scaling growth-focused social programs
  • Deep fluency with TikTok, Instagram, and emerging channels including algorithm dynamics and content trends
  • Sharp instincts around UGC, virality, and influencer marketing
  • Comfort with budgets, performance tracking, and ROI models
  • Strong storytelling chops and ability to make even niche product moments feel cool
  • A knack for identifying whats next in culture and brand behavior
  • Youve built your own following or led a community
  • Youve taken something from 0 to 1 and then to 100
