The Marketing Coordinator manages marketing efforts within their designated territory or area. They are responsible for executing campaigns, building relationships, and ensuring alignment with broader marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing plans for each affiliate office within a designated territory. Assist with the concepting, copywriting, design, and editing of campaigns across a variety of marketing mediums. Manage and maintain relationships with affiliate offices. Bring strategy and creativity to life in marketing campaigns across mediums (digital, outdoor, community, print, etc.). Create training and protocols for office staff to ensure community marketing and social media efforts are correctly deployed and measured. Use existing systems and develop relevant dashboards that provide insights into the effectiveness of marketing efforts and campaigns. Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization. Support training and mentorship of Marketing Associates, as needed.
Required Skills And Qualifications
Marketing Experience: 1 - 2 years of experience in a marketing-related role is typically required. Data Analysis Skills: Familiarity with analyzing marketing data, using tools like Google Analytics and Excel. Graphic Design Skills: Experience with Adobe and Canva is strongly preferred. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for reporting and collaborating with teams. Organization Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. Dental/Healthcare Knowledge: Experience in the dental or healthcare industry is ideal.
