The Marketing Coordinator manages marketing efforts within their designated territory or area. They are responsible for executing campaigns, building relationships, and ensuring alignment with broader marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans for each affiliate office within a designated territory.
• Assist with the concepting, copywriting, design, and editing of campaigns across a variety of marketing mediums.
• Manage and maintain relationships with affiliate offices.
• Bring strategy and creativity to life in marketing campaigns across mediums (digital, outdoor, community, print, etc.).
• Create training and protocols for office staff to ensure community marketing and social media efforts are correctly deployed and measured.
• Use existing systems and develop relevant dashboards that provide insights into the effectiveness of marketing efforts and campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Support training and mentorship of Marketing Associates, as needed.
  
  

• Marketing Experience: 1 - 2 years of experience in a marketing-related role is typically required.
• Data Analysis Skills: Familiarity with analyzing marketing data, using tools like Google Analytics and Excel.
• Graphic Design Skills: Experience with Adobe and Canva is strongly preferred.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for reporting and collaborating with teams.
• Organization Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Dental/Healthcare Knowledge: Experience in the dental or healthcare industry is ideal.
