De Noche Jewels is a Houston-based fine jewelry brand specializing in timeless gold essentials, custom diamonds, and bespoke engagement rings. We are expanding our presence and looking for a creative, driven Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to help elevate our brand and connect with our growing community. Role Overview: As our Marketing & Social Media Coordinator, youll take the lead on executing marketing campaigns, planning and managing social media content, and supporting brand initiatives such as events, influencer partnerships, and photoshoots. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a creative environment, has an eye for detail, and is excited about building brand presence in the luxury jewelry space. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute paid ad campaigns across social media and digital platforms Manage day-to-day marketing operations and track campaign performance Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms Support influencer outreach, partnerships, and collaborations Assist with event planning, brand activations, and showroom promotions Coordinate photoshoots, including creative direction and content capture Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels Requirements
Pursuing or completion of a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field 13 years of experience in marketing, social media, or digital content creation Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or similar) Strong understanding of social media trends and analytics Creative mindset with excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills Photography skills (preferred but not required) Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects What We Offer
