Our client is a leading manufacturer of outdoor recreation equipment. They are seeking to hire a Marketing Manager responsible for enhancing market penetration and driving revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives. Ensure that all marketing activities are aligned with the organization’s strategic goals while effectively supporting any partnerships.
Responsibilities
Create and execute marketing strategies; ensure alignment with the organization’s initiatives
Track digital marketing performance and data/metrics
Identify potential partnerships and assess ability for market reach expansion
Build and maintain client relationships
Develop marketing plans and create marketing budgets
Market research and analysis; identify market trends, stay informed of competitors and track activities
Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by analyzing performance metrics
Customize marketing campaigns to meet the needs of specific clients
Ensure consistency in brand messaging
Create go-to-market strategies to successfully launch new products/services
Measure and improve marketing; define and track KPIs, monitor and analyze results
Ensure efficient use of marketing resources for optimal ROI
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related degree
Min. 5+ years of B2B Marketing experience
Digital marketing and traditional marketing strategy experience
Experience in building materials, architecture, construction, sports or recreation industries a plus
Experience developing and implementing effective brand marketing and demand generation strategies
Knowledge/Understanding of marketing principles
Exceptional Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
Proficient in Marketing Automation tools and CRM
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary up to $125,000
