Content Producer

The Justice Center is searching for a content producer to join the agency's Communications Team. The Creative Content Producer will help create content assets to elevate the agency's position and share the Justice Center's story. The ideal candidate should be familiar with (or willing to learn!) all forms of content production, including graphic design, photography, video, print production, and more.

Collaborate on communications collateral such as brochures, flyers, and digital assets

Design infographics and diagrams to communicate messaging and processes

Assist in creating visual brand guidelines and maintaining brand consistency across all materials

Cover agency events and site visits with Executive Director to find the best imagery for digital use

Design and maintain website graphics, social media content, and digital presentations

Prepare print-ready files for various agency units

Assist with videography / photography coordination and image editing for project documentation

Travel with executive team to document activity (minimal travel 5%)

Utilize industry-standard design software mainly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Maintain organized digital asset libraries and file management systems

Adapt designs for multiple formats and platforms

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in communications, Graphic Design, Video Production and two years of field experience in creative content field or related field (individuals with specialty in graphic design, video production, photography or combination of these disciplines are welcome to apply).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4-year Degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Video Production or related field OR 2-year Degree in Communications + demonstrated work experience
  • Demonstrated experience designing /creating for print, web and video, and Adobe Create Suite
  • Some experience or interest in videography / photography
  • Experience preparing files for print and large-format production
  • Ability to move quickly and develop new ideas
  • Ability to present new ideas to a team
  • Natural critical-thinking and time-management skills; can design to a deadline
  • Detail-oriented
  • Previous internship experience preferred
