Creator Operations Manager - USDS Job at TikTok in San Jose

The teams within USDS span Trust & Safety, Security & Privacy, Engineering, User & Product Ops, Corporate Functions and more.

In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. The specific requirements may change over time.

Responsibilities

• Develop structured systems for the recruitment and management of creators and agencies.
• Manage the empowering system of creators and agencies. Provide insights and strategies for creator growth based on data analysis and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with the commercial team for the monetization of creators and agencies.
• Collaborate with the content team to improve in-app content creation quality and increase target content production.
• Collaborate with the recommendation team to ensure that high?quality templates identified by the platform are produced and distributed more widely.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in talent management within short-video / live streaming platforms or MCNs. Familiar with creator recruitment, agency management, and monetization of creators.
• Familiar with digital content ecosystem / platforms and data analytics.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Good knowledge of short video creation or editing; familiar with editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe, Alight Motion, etc.
• Organized and structured mindset, skilled at target breakdown, strategic thinking and planning.

Job Information

For Pay Transparency: Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $88,000 - $151,112 annually. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Base pay is part of the Total Package and this role may be eligible for bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary by location. Day-one medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) with company match; paid parental leave; disability coverage; life insurance; wellbeing benefits; 10 paid holidays per year; 10 paid sick days per year; 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated on hire with tenure-based accruals).
