Responsibilities:

  • Design, update, and manage 150200+ creative assets across multiple marketing channels including SMS, email, push notifications, direct mail, and in-store signage.
  • Partner closely with copywriters, channel leads, and marketing managers to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency.
  • Translate marketing briefs into clean, effective, and on-brand designs that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Ensure all assets meet production specs and are optimized for their intended platform.
  • Collaborate with sourcing and materials teams for print accuracy and vendor hand-offs where applicable.
  • Maintain version control and file organization for creative deliverables.
  • Support loyalty and promotional programs through thoughtful design execution that reflects brand voice and seasonal messaging.
  • Track and implement feedback efficiently, maintaining high-quality standards under tight deadlines.


Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory
  • Ability to work within established brand guidelines while contributing creative input
  • Solid organizational and time management skills for handling multiple deadlines
  • Experience in designing for direct-to-consumer retail marketing communications

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • 57 years of experience in graphic design within the fashion, apparel, lifestyle, or athleisure industries
  • Experience designing for omnichannel campaigns, including digital, retail, and direct marketing
  • Familiarity with CRM strategies, SMS marketing, and loyalty programs
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working in cross-functional teams, including marketing, copy, and production

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $38.60 to $42.89 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors, including, but not limited t,o education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
