Schedule: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM daily | 21 total contact hours

Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic, industry-experienced music production professional to lead our intensive Logic Pro X: Music Production workshop. This transformative three-day program empowers students to develop professional-grade production skills, create portfolio-ready tracks, and master industry-standard techniques using Logic Pro X and cutting-edge AI tools.

You will guide students through achieving the following comprehensive learning outcomes:
Learning Outcomes Technical Mastery Complete Logic Pro X interface navigation and advanced feature utilization
Professional mixing and mastering techniques
Creative Development Original composition and arrangement across multiple genres
AI-assisted composition and production workflows
Contemporary production methodologies
Professional Portfolio Creation of 3–5 complete tracks
Ready-to-pitch portfolio pieces meeting industry standards
Understanding of current music industry practices and distribution methods
Essential Qualifications Professional Experience Minimum of five years of professional music production experience
Demonstrated expertise with Logic Pro X in professional settings
Portfolio of published, distributed, or commercially released music
Active involvement in contemporary music industry practices
Technical Expertise Advanced proficiency in Logic Pro X (all versions and updates)
Experience with AI-assisted music production tools and workflows
Professional mixing and mastering capabilities
Knowledge of current distribution platforms and industry standards
Educational Background Bachelor’s degree in Music Production, Audio Engineering, Music Technology, or equivalent professional experience
Previous teaching, workshop facilitation, or mentoring experience preferred
Familiarity with diverse musical genres and production styles
Industry Relevance Current understanding of music industry trends, distribution methods, and career pathways
Professional network within the music production community
Experience with portfolio development and industry presentation standards
Key Responsibilities Execute comprehensive workshop curriculum across 21 contact hours
Work collaboratively with academic leadership to ensure curriculum alignment
Deliver hands-on, project-based instruction emphasizing practical application
Guide students through the creation of 3–5 complete tracks
Student Engagement Foster an inclusive, supportive learning environment encouraging creative risk-taking
Provide individualized guidance and mentorship throughout the intensive program
Create opportunities for peer collaboration and feedback
Encourage students to push creative boundaries while maintaining professional standards

Maintain punctual, professional communication with school administration
Administrative Duties Attend required faculty meetings and planning sessions
