Studio Project Manager

Were seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Studio Project Manager to oversee studio production workflows for the internal creative team of a major telecommunications client. The ideal candidate will be located in Bellevue, Washington, or Overland Park, Kansas, and able to come on-site in a hybrid capacity. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth execution of high-volume, fast-turn creative deliverables ranging from digital assets and print collateral to video and social content. Youll work closely with designers, producers, copywriters, and cross-functional partners to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables across a variety of production projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day studio production workflows, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
• Coordinate with creative, production, and marketing teams to align on priorities and deadlines
• Develop and maintain production schedules, status trackers, and resource plans
• Facilitate project kickoffs, reviews, and approvals
• Ensure quality control and brand consistency across all deliverables
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and risks proactively
• Support asset management, version control, and file delivery processes
• Collaborate with external vendors or freelancers as needed

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in a creative or production studio environment
• Strong understanding of creative production processes across digital, print, and video
• Experience managing high-volume, quick-turn deliverables
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Asana, Trello, Smartsheet)
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and asset management systems is a plus

Nice to Have

• Experience working with telecommunications or enterprise-level clients
• Background in creative operations or traffic management
• Knowledge of DAM systems and production automation tools
