Job Description

Our team has a Technical Writer position available in Norfolk, VA. Primary responsibilities include:

Gather, analyze, and compose technical information required for preparation of user manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, reports
Edit functional descriptions, system specifications, user manuals, special reports, or any other customer deliverables and documents
Conducts research and ensures the use of proper technical terminology
Translates technical information into clear, readable documents to be used by technical and non-technical personnel

Job Requirements

4-6 years directly related work experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, accounting
Associate's degree or equivalent in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, accounting, or other related discipline and 4-6 years' general experience
Must possess current IAT II or IAM II certification
