Marketing Content Intern

Content intern needed to support alumni communications and content development under direction of the content manager. The position involves daily, weekly, and project-based tasks focused on gathering and curating alumni-related content for newsletters, social media, and web platforms.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Collect In Memoriam entries and verify degrees using Unite.
  • Review Meltwater emails for Class Notes and verify degrees.

Weekly/Monthly Responsibilities:

  • Monitor college department websites and At the U for Class Notes.
  • Support the What's New with U social media campaign.
  • Collaborate with the Networking team to develop content for web, newsletters, and LinkedIn.

Project-Based Work:

  • Assist with migrating and archiving content from iModules to WordPress.
  • Organize content in Box.
  • Identify stories from the Oral History Project for features.
  • Help curate the Notable Alumni page.
  • Gather assets and content for the Annual Report. (as needed)

Additional Duties:

  • Provide front desk support at the Alumni House as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
