What Youll Do:

As Product Designer at Ambition, you will play a crucial role in shaping intuitive and impactful experiences for enterprise companies across the world. You will:

  • Design simple, intuitive experiences across web and mobile.
  • Translate ideas and user needs into wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs.
  • Work closely within a cross-functional team including design, customer success, engineering, project management, and marketing to bring user experiences to life.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data, industry research, and user feedback to refine designs and iterate on the user experience.
  • Contribute to our design system and ensure consistency and accessibility across our product offerings.
  • Support colleagues through sharing ideas, design critiques, articles, and best practices.

What You Bring:

We are looking for a candidate who is naturally curious, passionate about solving problems, and brings a collaborative spirit. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A portfolio demonstrating solid understanding of design systems, UI components, and UX best practices.
  • Experience with Figma, Storybook, and other modern design tools.
  • A solid grasp of usability and accessibility best practices.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with customers and team members.
  • The ability to make complex problems feel simple.
  • A curious, creative, and collaborative spirit.
  • The ability to learn and adapt quickly to project issues, changes, or updates.
