Marketing Intern
We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic team member to help grow our brand presence, increase sales, and strengthen connections within our community. This dynamic role involves hands-on participation in marketing initiatives, social media engagement, special events, and supporting daily operations as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns
- Assist in planning and implementing special events, both in-store and within the community
- Keep marketing displays current, appealing, and on-brand
- Stay informed on social media trends; suggest creative content ideas for posts and captions
- Help carry out store-level marketing activities in alignment with our broader marketing plan
- Serve as a brand ambassador during community outreach initiatives
- Collaborate closely with the Operator and leadership team to maintain vision alignment
- Contribute to day-to-day business operations as needed to support overall success
Qualifications:
- Friendly, hospitable, and outgoing demeanor
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Self-starter with a passion for marketing and community engagement
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Preferred: Experience in marketing, social media management, and event planning
