Position Overview

The Media Operations Coordinator will contribute to campaign implementation, quality assurance, trafficking, and reporting support, ensuring that campaigns run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

• Support campaign setup, ad specification gathering, trafficking, and delivery across digital and traditional media platforms.


• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy of campaign parameters, creative assets, and tracking.


• Assist with vendor communication, insertion order processing, and billing reconciliation.


• Maintain campaign documentation and timelines to support flawless execution.


• Provide administrative support to the media team, including scheduling and project tracking.


• Assist with reporting and analytics to evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.


• Partner with strategists and specialists to streamline workflows and promote operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (particularly Excel/Sheets).


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or 12 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or project coordination.


• Familiarity with media trafficking process, campaign management platforms, or analytics tools.


• Comfort working with data and reporting.
