Our retailer client is looking to bring on a Producer to execute omni-channel campaigns. This is your chance to shape the future of retail media, working with cutting-edge technology and a team of passionate experts. As a Producer, you will be the driving force behind bringing innovative marketing campaigns to life. Collaborating with internal teams, external agencies, and clients. Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple creative projects, partnering with business partners and vertical teams. Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, external agencies, and clients, facilitating clear and proactive communication. Cultivate strong professional relationships, showcasing your project management expertise and ability to drive initiatives forward. Oversee the full lifecycle of complex, cross-functional programs in a fast-paced setting. Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to execute innovative campaigns and programs. Navigate approval processes, execution steps, and performance measurement. Track project progress and maintain status documentation for internal and external stakeholders. Monitor campaign performance post-launch and deliver activation decks to clients. Proactively identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on schedule. Foster a collaborative, agile, and results-oriented environment. Must-Have Qualifications

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to diverse audiences. Proven experience managing complex, multi-channel campaigns under tight deadlines. Demonstrated ability to identify risks and dependencies, define schedules, and work independently. Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams across various disciplines. Understanding of retail, shopper marketing, revenue organizations, account management, and the digital media landscape.
