Develop and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts in the business and tech industries Manage projects from concept through execution, including developing PR plans and campaigns Generate and edit various written materials such as press releases, pitches, and award submissions Mentor junior staff and coach them to enhance team relationships and performance Actively participate in new business processes, including research and presentations at pitches Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in a public relations agency or startup environment Strong writing skills with the ability to generate and edit diverse written materials Proven experience in media/influencer relations and project management Familiarity with social media channels and measuring ROI of communications activities Ability to proactively set and track goals with management Preferred Qualifications
