Role Overview Our client, a top-tier Management Consulting firm, is seeking a

Manager-level Content Conversation Designer

to lead the design and optimization of

Virtual Assistant (VA) conversational experiences . This role focuses primarily on

Transfer of Assets (TOA) workflows , ensuring seamless interactions across front-, middle-, and back-office processes, and enabling measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities Lead design and refinement of conversational flows for

TOA journeys , covering:

Error handling, escalation design, feedback loops. Status updates and cross-channel resolution pathways.

Map and document

end-to-end user journeys

across business functions to ensure continuity. Define conversational design standards for

tone, context, and language consistency . Partner with

AI, Client, and SMEs

to train and upskill client content teams in content curation/classification for

Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) . Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to align conversational design with business requirements. Mentor client teams and codify best practices in

VA/AI conversation design . Required Qualifications

8-12 years of experience in

conversation design, content strategy, or digital experience

(consulting/financial services preferred). Proven expertise in

Virtual Assistant / Conversational AI design , including:

Escalation handling, error design, and cross-channel integration.

Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills. Experience establishing

design principles and playbooks

for conversational experiences. Analytical mindset with a

user-first approach

to iteration and continuous improvement. Skills Required
