Responsibilities
- Writes, reviews, and revises knowledge articles to ensure compliance with AskHR content standards.
- Employs excellent writing and grammatical skills with a high attention to detail.
- Meets deadlines and manages projects effectively.
- Upholds knowledge article standards in accordance with copywriting best practices for customer-facing content.
- Revises articles based on editorial feedback and guidance.
- Proofreads colleagues’ work and identifies patterns of improvement for articles and the knowledge library as a whole.
- Contributes to daily standup discussions concerning best practices for article creation and knowledge library growth.
- Applies SEO principles so that articles are easily findable within the knowledge base.
- Preferred: 1-2 years of strong technical writing skills/experience.
- Some journalism experience/background or storytelling/research skills strongly preferred.
- Research background in HR.
- Experience with training materials creation and knowledge of SEO tools (current team uses ServiceNow).
- Writing samples required (please provide a link in the resume).
- Business/academic writing experience.
- Passion for grammar and strong research/analytical skills.
- Storytelling abilities and interest or background in HR-focused articles.
- Strong team attitude.
Qualifications
- Ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of good technical writing skills/experience.
- Some journalism/storytelling/research background preferred.
- HR-related research background is a plus.
- Writing samples link required in resume.
- Business/academic writing experience and passion for grammar.
