• Plan and handle production logistics (locations, crew, gear, travel, releases)
• Secure access, permits, and problem-solve on the fly to keep shoots moving
• Coordinate props, wardrobe, and small set builds for short-form concepts
• Book and manage travel and transportation when required; handle last-minute changes
• Track budgets, deadlines, and checklists; communicate status, risks, and needs to leadership in real time
• Build and maintain strong relationships with crew, talent, and vendors
