The Role

We’re seeking a dynamic Creative Strategy Lead to own and scale the intersection of creativity and growth across all channels. This role will be responsible for shaping and executing data-driven creative strategies that fuel business growth, while championing innovation, cultural relevance, and performance rigor. As the bridge between creative and growth, you’ll transform insights into powerful creative briefs, guide cross-functional teams and partners to deliver high-performing assets, and implement a test-and-learn methodology that unlocks scalable wins. Beyond driving measurable impact, you’ll play a key role in building and mentoring a best-in-class creative program, ensuring creative excellence remains a core growth driver for the business.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead creative strategy across digital and offline channels (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, TV, Influencer, Podcast, etc.), leveraging performance data, cultural trends, and consumer insights to drive growth.
  • Build and execute quarterly creative strategy plans that evolve with company goals and business lifecycle, integrating learnings from historical performance and new growth opportunities.
  • Own the briefing process by writing compelling, insight-driven creative briefs that align with business objectives and guide internal teams, agencies, and influencer partners to deliver high-performing assets.
  • Implement a build–measure–learn methodology, driving experimentation, A/B testing, and iteration to validate hypotheses and continuously improve creative performance.
  • Analyze creative results to identify scalable wins, optimization opportunities, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Brand, Creative, Product, and Data to ensure creative strategies are integrated into broader growth initiatives.
  • Define and track clear KPIs to measure success, reporting performance regularly to leadership and partners in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing creative strategy team while promoting a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in a growth marketing leadership role with an emphasis on creative strategy, preferably within a high-growth beauty, health or wellness company.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful creative and messaging strategies to deliver against core growth KPIs.
  • Experience applying the build-measure-learn methodology to development and testing of creative.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a strong understanding of how to leverage creative content to drive business growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Deep understanding our core customers, what performs and what does not, and an ongoing to push to unlock new audiences via paid channels in partnership with product marketing, creative and growth.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with experience working across various functions, and the ability to influence key stakeholders
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the creative and growth marketing space.

Compensation

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $155,000 – $175,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
