Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Online Sales Fulfillment Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing online orders, ensuring that our customers receive their products in a timely and accurate manner. You will play a vital role in our e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders for shipping.
• Manage inventory levels and update records as necessary.
• Coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Address customer inquiries related to order status and delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with team members to improve fulfillment processes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in order fulfillment or warehouse operations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and order management systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
