Fourth Floor is hiring: Corporate Visual Merchandising Manager - Luxury Jewelry

Overview

Base pay range: $32.00/hr - $35.00/hr. Our client, a luxury jewelry brand, is looking for a Corporate Visual Merchandising Operations Manager to join their team on an ongoing / temp to perm basis in NYC.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the production & logistics needs for all retail activations and clientele activities, including high-end and wholesale, in-store and out-of-store environments.
• For all activities above, organize and track all project completion on the company server and compile reports.
• Coordinate any ad hoc production needs: Custom displays and props, signage, supplies orders, print, etc.
• Use Adobe Suite to manage VM specs and make updates as needed.
• Manage artwork approvals.
• Set up all new vendors in system and maintain Vendor Database.
• Assist with creative items inventory.
• Develop VM guidelines for stores to follow.
• Create PO’s and submit SAP Prop Orders, track & submit invoices, and update budget accordingly.
• Place orders, pack, and create shipping labels as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years + experience in visual merchandising operations.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Experience with creating POs and invoicing.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally as a member of the creative services and VM Team.
• Comes to work with a positive and proactive attitude and is a great team player.
• Ability to work under pressure & meet fluctuating deadlines.
