Job Description:
  • This role is part of the Creative team within Global Marketing and External Affairs.
  • The Senior Creative Project Manager will lead complex, cross-functional creative projects across multiple channels, contributing to brand awareness and strategic marketing goals.
  • You'll be responsible for managing Tier 1 initiatives, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring project alignment with business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Project Leadership & Execution:
  • Lead multiple high-visibility projects concurrently within scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Collaborate with strategists, creative directors, writers, and designers to create impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain and manage project documentation using PM tools.
  • Define and uphold team roles throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Forecast and track project budget, timelines, and metrics with operations.
  • pply change control, risk mitigation, and post-project analysis.
  • ct as the primary liaison between creative teams and business stakeholders.
  • Influence brand-aligned ideas and integrate them across deliverables.
Communication & Stakeholder Management:
  • Build and nurture strong internal and external partner relationships.
  • Provide ongoing project updates, risk escalation, and communication to leadership.

Must Have:
  • 7+ years of experience in project management in a creative agency or corporate setting.
  • Strong understanding of creative workflows and insights-driven marketing.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working in a matrixed and fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, high-stakes projects from start to finish.

Nice to Have:
  • Creative agency experience in healthcare or regulated industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Project Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • Prior experience with budget forecasting and financial tracking for creative projects.
  • Familiarity with branding principles and visual storytelling.
  • ttention to detail with strong proofreading/editing skills.
