Digital Design Supervisor - Contractor
The Digital Design Supervisor will lead the creation and approval of compelling digital design deliverables that inform, educate, and promote products and solutions to pharmacies. This hands-on role requires a strategic thinker and creative problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing B2B digital marketing content-including eCommerce web pages, banners, and emails-and ensuring all creative projects are delivered on time, aligned with brand strategy and design guidelines. This role also includes team leadership responsibilities such as hosting weekly status meetings and guiding creative execution.

Key Responsibilities
Lead digital marketing campaigns from concept through execution
Review and approve design projects created by designers, providing constructive feedback aligned with brand guidelines
Design promotional assets including banners, emails, and landing pages
pply user experience best practices and industry standards to advise stakeholders and build optimal experiences within existing toolsets
Translate research and analytics into design solutions that meet business goals and KPIs
Develop documentation and reusable design templates
Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and budget constraints
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to push creative boundaries
Present work in internal/client meetings with clear rationale and adaptability to feedback
Qualifications
3-5 years of creative leadership experience
Strong omni-channel portfolio showcasing digital experiences
Experience in eCommerce and B2B marketing
Proficiency in visual design fundamentals and attention to detail
Solid understanding of UX, Design Thinking, and Human-Centered Design
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Workfront and Figma
Expectations at This Level
Review and approve digital design work in Workfront
Create digital assets using Figma and Adobe tools
Manage projects of moderate scope and complexity
Work both independently and collaboratively
Motivated self-starter and self-directed learner
