Role Overview
This is a hands-on marketing role ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment and enjoys variety in their day-to-day tasks. You’ll work closely with the Director of Operations and have direct exposure to the founder and sales teams. The position offers significant growth potential, with a path toward a future director-level role.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage daily social media content optimized for various platforms.
- Brand and refine internal sales materials to ensure consistency and impact.
- Support sales initiatives through marketing strategies and content creation.
- Collaborate with the founder to prioritize and execute marketing ideas.
- Utilize Salesforce for SEO, Google integrations, and marketing automations.
- Assist in UI/UX-related tasks (non-technical understanding required).
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 2–3 years in marketing or related fields.
- Salesforce: Exposure required; training available via internal team.
- UI/UX: Basic understanding; no technical expertise needed.
- Communication: Strong ability to translate ideas into branded content.
- Work Style: Self-starter, jack-of-all trades, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup.
