We are a dynamic B2B/B2C medical device startup focused on innovative solutions in the healthcare space. As the company builds out its go-to-market strategy, it seeks a versatile and proactive Marketing Associate to support sales and branding efforts. Role Overview This is a hands-on marketing role ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment and enjoys variety in their day-to-day tasks. You’ll work closely with the Director of Operations and have direct exposure to the founder and sales teams. The position offers significant growth potential, with a path toward a future director-level role. Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage daily social media content optimized for various platforms. Brand and refine internal sales materials to ensure consistency and impact. Support sales initiatives through marketing strategies and content creation. Collaborate with the founder to prioritize and execute marketing ideas. Utilize Salesforce for SEO, Google integrations, and marketing automations. Assist in UI/UX-related tasks (non-technical understanding required). Required Qualifications
Experience: 2–3 years in marketing or related fields. Salesforce: Exposure required; training available via internal team. UI/UX: Basic understanding; no technical expertise needed. Communication: Strong ability to translate ideas into branded content. Work Style: Self-starter, jack-of-all-trades, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup. Preferred Attributes
Experience in large corporate or startup environments. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Growth & Career Path
