About the Role

The Company is in search of an EVP, Legal, Technology and Commercial, Streaming, Marketing, and Distribution. This executive will be responsible for providing strategic legal guidance and oversight in a wide range of areas, including streaming operations, product launches, technology procurement, marketing, consumer experience, global advertising initiatives, and distribution partnerships. The role demands a leader with a JD from an accredited law school, active bar membership, and over 15 years of legal experience, particularly in media, entertainment, technology, or global e-commerce sectors. The successful candidate will be adept at managing high-volume, complex agreements, and will have a proven track record in leading cross-functional legal teams and advising senior executives.

Key responsibilities for the EVP include legal support for regional launches and operations, advising on localization issues, and counseling on strategic regional initiatives. The role also involves supporting transactional work, overseeing compliance for global marketing campaigns, and negotiating a variety of agreements. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, knowledge of international compliance requirements, and experience with emerging technologies, including AI tools and digital advertising technology.
