Leasing and Marketing Director - The Juniper (Highrise Lease-Up)
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Leasing and Marketing Director to join our team. In this role, you will oversee all leasing activities, marketing efforts, social media postings, resident events, and maintain positive resident relations. You will collaborate closely with the property management team to develop effective leasing strategies and ensure the success of our community. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Interview prospective residents, record their needs and qualifications Guide prospects through model or vacant apartments, discuss features and lease terms Follow up consistently with prospects Process applications in line with policies and procedures Create marketing materials, present to clients, and communicate with internal teams Mentor Leasing Consultants Schedule move-ins and complete lease paperwork Inspect units prior to move-in to ensure readiness Follow up with new residents post-move-in Inspect premises and coordinate maintenance Plan and coordinate resident events Handle resident requests and complaints courteously and efficiently Manage marketing activities, including surveys, outreach, and social media Develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns Manage time effectively Assist with resident notices Work weekends as scheduled Adhere to company policies including safety and Fair Housing Perform other duties as assigned Work Hours
This position is scheduled for 40 hours weekly. Typical hours are 9:00am-6:00pm Monday-Friday, 10:00am-5:00pm Saturday, and 1:00pm-5:00pm Sunday. Weekend work may be required. Must be able to perform essential functions independently. Qualifications
Must be able to perform all duties satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations will be made for disabilities. Education and Experience
Sales, marketing, internet, and customer service experience required. High school diploma or GED required. Language Ability
Effective reading, writing, and communication skills. Ability to explain apartment features and handle legal documents. Math Skills
Ability to perform basic arithmetic, percentages, and financial calculations. Reasoning Skills
Ability to generate leads, conduct presentations, qualify prospects, and close sales. Apply common sense to instructions and problem-solving. Computer Skills
Proficiency in word processing, property management software (preferably Yardi), spreadsheets, and internet marketing tools. Certificates and Licenses
Industry certifications are appreciated. Valid driver’s license required. Supervisory Responsibilities
No supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment and Physical Demands
The role involves physical activities like walking, climbing, and operating carts. Must be able to lift weights up to 50 pounds with assistance. Routine travel may be required.
