Note: We are looking for a candidate local to Seattle, WA. The Paid Social Media Manager leads strategy, planning, and execution of paid social media campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes. This role combines strategic leadership, creative fluency, and advanced data understanding to shape full-funnel media programs across established and emerging platforms. You will mentor junior team members, partner with clients on thought leadership, and help evolve GR’s paid social practice. Responsibilities

Lead the planning, buying, and optimization of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, and emerging platforms. Drive cross-channel strategies that integrate paid social with search, programmatic, and organic content teams. Ensure media campaigns budgets are accurate and implemented correctly, oversee the pacing of campaigns by client. Translate client objectives into measurable KPIs and create campaigns that deliver both efficiency and brand growth. Identify and implement appropriate tracking set up ahead of campaign deployment. Develop and build audience segments for campaign use, leveraging a mix of 1P data, platform targeting and predictive models where applicable. Manage and strategize testing plans for gaining insights into creative, audience, landing page and objectives. Familiarity with AB testing and measurement plans would be ideal. Partner with business and creative team members to produce native, platform-first assets, aligning the creative with the media goals and opportunities. Oversee attribution models, MMM, and incrementality testing to demonstrate impact beyond last-click. Lead client presentations, report on insights, and proactively recommend optimizations. Mentor junior team members and contribute to training across the agency. Stay ahead of platform policy changes, AI tools, privacy regulations, and industry shifts. Leverage AI-based tools for predictive targeting, creative testing, and performance optimization. Qualifications

5–7+ years in paid social media (agency experience preferred). Advanced expertise with Meta Ads Manager, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Experience leading integrated campaigns across multiple digital channels. Familiarity with GA4, Tag Manager, CDPs, and attribution modeling is a plus. Strong presentation and storytelling skills with ability to advise C-suite stakeholders. Track record of mentoring junior staff and contributing to business development. Salary Range $75,000-$95,000 DOE
