About The Role The Sr. Manager, Influencer Marketing will lead and scale best-in-class influencer strategies for Aveda and Bumble and bumble across both consumer and professional communities. This person will drive brand love, reach, and conversion through strategic partnerships with creators, hairstylists, and tastemakers across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. The ideal candidate is passionate about beauty, deeply fluent in social and creator trends, and skilled at building long-term advocacy.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
Develop and execute differentiated influencer marketing strategies for each brand, tailored to their unique positioning, audiences, and goals
Lead annual and seasonal planning across tiers of influencers (celebrity, macro, micro, pro)
Partner closely with Brand, Comms, Social, and Media to ensure campaigns are integrated and cohesive across the consumer journey
Collaborate with Advocacy Manager in addition to Education and Field teams to cultivate professional advocacy from salon partners and artists
Develop best practices, annual recommendations for international regions
Campaign Management
Lead end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, from brief development to content approvals to post-campaign reporting
Oversee casting, contracting, and relationship management for paid and unpaid partnerships
Develop toolkits and brand storytelling briefs that inspire creators while ensuring brand consistency
Manage content usage rights and whitelisting strategy to support paid amplification
Analytics & Optimization
Track performance across awareness, engagement, content quality, and sales impact
Optimize partnerships based on content resonance, audience quality, and conversion metrics
Partner with Insights and CRM teams to measure downstream influence of creators on loyalty and LTV
Team & Agency Management
Manage one direct report and agency partners, ensuring seamless operations and best-in-class execution
Build scalable processes for vetting, briefing, and contracting influencers
Maintain creator databases and manage budgets by brand and campaign
Qualifications
6–8 years of experience in influencer marketing, ideally in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube creator ecosystems
Experience working with both consumer-facing and professional (B2B) communities
Proven track record of driving measurable brand impact through creator partnerships
Excellent communication and project management skills
Passion for sustainability, wellness, and community values aligned with Aveda and Bumble and bumble
