In this position you will Serve as a Growth Marketing leader, developing, executing, and scaling full-funnel, integrated and multi-channel B2B marketing programs that help drive demand generation, lead capture, and pipeline growth to support sales and BDR teams. In this role, you will focus on outbound execution, paid acquisition campaigns, and pipeline acceleration, while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver data-driven, measurable impact. You will design and run programs that contribute directly to marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline targets, optimizing performance across channels and continuously improving conversion. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in building and scaling outbound acquisition engines, running paid campaigns across digital channels, and delivering results in the form of qualified leads, opportunities, and revenue. You should be equally comfortable managing day-to-day campaign execution and supporting longer-term growth planning, operating effectively in a fast-paced environment while testing, iterating, and refining programs for ongoing performance. Own the demand generation funnel from awareness to conversion and optimize performance at each stage using data and continuous experimentation. Develop and execute full-funnel, multi-channel, and data-driven demand generation marketing programs, with an emphasis on email, content, paid media and search, content syndication, SEO, and social channels. Establish positioning, identify, segment, and qualify target audiences, and develop and execute multi-touch lead nurturing programs to move prospects quickly through the funnel. Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, with clear attribution models to demonstrate pipeline contribution and ROI. Implement account-based marketing (ABM) strategies for enterprise segments. Develop and execute customer retention, expansion and advocacy motions. Collaborate closely with sales and product marketing to inform GTM strategy, define ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and targeting, and build tailored sales and marketing playbooks to accelerate sales cycles. Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market dynamics, and marketing best practices to inform and build more targeted and personalized marketing programs. Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all marketing collateral, including print, digital, and video assets. Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support. Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis and optimize accordingly. Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing program performance, strategies, and budgets. Be able to handle deadlines and manage your own time successfully. You will require the following qualifications and skills

3-5+ years' experience in building, scaling, and optimizing B2B demand generation and customer acquisition programs with proven success. 3-5+ years hands-on experience with HubSpot marketing tools, building and scaling programs with automation, clear segmentation and reporting, as well as Salesforce, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics tools (e.g. GA4, Looker, Amplitude). Deep understanding of modern B2B funnels, buyer journeys and segmentation strategies. Data-driven decision-making mentality with strong command of marketing analytics, attribution, and conversion metrics. Experience with stakeholder management and exceptional collaboration skills especially within marketing and cross-functionally with Sales and Product. Strong ability to multitask and coordinate between different groups to develop a story Great time management skills and ability to meet publishing deadlines Experience marketing to the insurance industry is highly preferred Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field What you'll get
