Senior Director, Product Management - Industries Media Cloud. This pivotal leadership position sits at the confluence of product innovation, Media industry expertise, market strategy, and commercial execution. You will drive ACV and pipeline growth for Media Cloud in new product areas and drive adoption among current customers to increase retention and sustain expansion. The ideal candidate is a strategic visionary with a strong intuition for product strategy and a bias for action, thrives in a fast-paced, startup-like environment, aligns executive collaborators, and thinks globally. You should have deep understanding of the Media & Entertainment industry, including fragmented sub-verticals, trends such as shifting ad revenue, subscriber churn, and evolving customer experience expectations with AI integration. The Media Cloud team leverages Salesforce Products to address Media & Entertainment needs, including white space use cases not covered by current products. We aim to innovate with AI, data, Agentforce, and automation to deliver the #1 AI CRM for Media and improve customer experiences across CRM data and related processes. Responsibilities

Determining strategic product work streams to position us to reach $100M ACV in 2-3 years (new or partnering with existing clouds/products). Establishing and defining Long Range Plans for those workstreams to achieve financial results. Holistically managing the product portfolio and collaborating with Industry & Distribution leadership globally to make Media Cloud essential for sellers. Working with Engineering Leadership and PM leaders to drive Product Theme Reviews, release planning, and cross-functional leadership meetings. Focusing on Adoption & Retention this fiscal year by establishing a regular Monthly Business Review (MBR) of the top 25 accounts and providing recommendations to drive active, deep product usage. Leading the Product Advisory Council 1-2 times per year to gather customer feedback on the roadmap and facilitate networking among customers. Partnering with CME team on GTM to understand implementation use cases of Sales, Service & Revenue Cloud in Media & Entertainment and shaping the product roadmap accordingly. Assisting teammates in positioning Media Cloud in deals with Sales/Distribution. Identifying external customer case studies and partnership opportunities for Showcase at industry events (Dreamforce, Connections, World Tours, Industries Summit, AdWeek, Cannes Lions, DMEXCO, NRF, NAB, IBC, etc.). You will collaborate with various functions across the organization, including Industry Cloud leadership, CME leadership, CoE, Global Sales, Solution Engineering, CSG/Professional Services, Customer Support, Partner Distribution, Engineering-QA, external customers/partners/ISVs, Product Marketing, and Industry Marketing. Required Qualifications

Extensive Industry & Functional Experience: 12+ years in product strategy/management, solutions management/development, industry marketing, or go-to-market leadership, with 7+ years in or serving the Media industry and deep understanding of its value chain and compliance environments. Strategic & Analytical Acumen: Ability to think strategically, analyze market dynamics, and translate insights into actionable product and GTM strategies; strong organizational and analytical skills. Leadership & Influence: Experience leading international, cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders. Communication Excellence: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, including high-level interactions with executives. Dynamic Environment Aptitude: High energy and effectiveness in fast-paced, startup-like environments. Customer-Obsessed: Deep empathy for customers and advocacy for their success. Collaboration & Teamwork: Natural collaborator with the ability to build relationships across the organization. Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, Cognitive Science, Information Systems, or related field; MBA preferred. Travel: Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed (approx. 30-50%). Personal Attributes: Humility, resilience, and grace under pressure. Preferred Qualifications

Enterprise SaaS Expertise: Success in defining and delivering B2B enterprise software/SaaS solutions (CRM, CIS, EAM, MDM, FSM, DERMS) to market. Salesforce Certifications/Tech Stack Knowledge: Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Tableau, MuleSoft. Media Industry/IAB Relationships globally. Data Science, AI and ML: Intermediate or higher knowledge. In-office expectations are 36 days per quarter to support customers and collaborate with teams.
