Senior Director, Product Management - Industries Media Cloud

This pivotal leadership position sits at the confluence of product innovation, Media industry expertise, market strategy, and commercial execution. You will be accountable for driving ACV and pipeline growth for Media Cloud in new product areas, and adoption of the product amongst current customers to increase retention and sustained expansion.
The ideal candidate is a strategic visionary with a strong intuition for product strategy and a bias for action, thriving in ambiguity within a fast-paced, startup-like environment. You will align executive collaborators and think globally, with deep understanding of the Media & Entertainment industry, including fragmented sub-verticals, trends affecting ad revenues and churn, and evolving customer experience expectations with growing AI integration. The Media Cloud team leverages Salesforce products to address industry needs and to create and deliver products that cover white spaces for customers.

Responsibilities
- Determining strategic product work streams to position us for $100M ACV in 2-3 years (new or partnerships with existing clouds/products).
- Establishing and defining Long Range Plans for those workstreams to tactically achieve financial results.
- Holistically managing the product portfolio and collaborating with Industry leadership globally to make Media Cloud a core capability for sellers.
- Collaborating with Engineering Leadership and PM leaders to drive Product Theme Reviews, release planning, and cross-functional leadership meetings.
- Driving Adoption & Retention with a focus on establishing a regular Monthly Business Review of the top 25 accounts to improve usage and provide tactical plans.
- Leading the Product Advisory Council 1-2 times per year to gather customer feedback on the roadmap and foster networking among customers.
- Partnering with the CME team on GTM to understand implementation use cases for current Sales, Service & Revenue Cloud customers in Media & Entertainment and shape the product roadmap accordingly.
- Assisting with positioning Media Cloud in deals and identifying external customer case studies and partnerships for industry events.
- Interacting with various functions across the organization and with external partners to advocate for Media Cloud in the market.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive experience in product strategy/management, with at least 7+ years in or serving the Media industry.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with strong organizational skills and ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
- Experience leading international, cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, including high-level business discussions with executives.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and demonstrate customer obsession and collaboration.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, Cognitive Science, Information Systems, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed (roughly 30-50%).
- Personal attributes: humility, resilience, and grace under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Enterprise SaaS experience, defining and delivering B2B software/SaaS solutions (CRM, CIS, EAM, MDM, FSM, DERMS platforms).
- Certification knowledge of Salesforce stack (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Tableau, MuleSoft).
- Global media industry relationships and familiarity with data science, AI, and ML concepts.
Additional Information
In-office expectations are 36 days per quarter to support customers and collaboration.
