Rate is looking for an enthusiastic, organized Marketing Coordinator to assist in managing administrative marketing tasks for our internal Rate Goods Promo store and other CRMs. The Coordinator plays a key role in supporting our Promo initiatives across the organization. This dynamic position requires a detail-oriented, proactive individual comfortable wearing many hats. The role involves managing SKU execution, supporting recruiting efforts, coordinating promotional content, and ensuring consistent communication with internal teams and vendors. The ideal candidate is flexible, organized, and ready to take on both structured tasks and ad hoc requests. The Marketing Coordinator will be a member of the Marketing department, which functions as an internal agency – including copywriters, designers, video producers, event specialists, social media experts and so much more. Key Responsibilities
Upload, test, and execute all incoming SKUs as they arrive at the warehouse. Coordinate and maintain promotional content for newsletters and lead regular outreach efforts to branches, VPs, and recruiters. Support ongoing and new recruiting campaigns with Promo-related content and materials. Collaborate closely with the internal Marketing team and third-party vendors to communicate time-sensitive promotional information. Manage visual assets including hero images and featured product items for various platforms. Monitor and manage slow-moving inventory to ensure optimal warehouse stock levels. Design promotional materials based on incoming requests and campaign needs. Oversee product restocks for store in coordination with inventory teams. Field and respond to frequently asked questions through the Promo inbox; manage gifting program logistics and support. Fulfill reporting needs and data requests related to promotional performance and inventory. Perform additional duties as assigned, with flexibility to take on miscellaneous or unexpected tasks as needed. Ideal Candidate Attributes
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. A creative eye for design and basic experience with design tools (preferred). Open to taking initiative and stepping into a variety of tasks as part of a versatile, high-impact team.
