Job Title: Content Specialist Location: Stamford, CT (4 days onsite/week) Duration: 6 Month Ongoing Contract (would like to convert this person to full-time depending on performance) Base pay range

Publish web content and proof for accuracy, message presentation and brand style. Optimize content for SEO, headline style and length, graphics sizing, photo cropping, and hyperlinking. Drive the execution of an interactive, digital self-service experience for customers by testing and publishing online support content. Analyze areas for improvement in design, content, and usability. Spend 20% of time analyzing metrics, 40% on ticketing-system tasks (e.g., setting up new website layouts, creating content areas for support sites), and 40% on projects (researching, running tests, and pitching ideas to improve customer experience and reduce costs). Work closely with copy editors, designers, journey owners, and technical teams; translate technical and product launch information as needed. Qualifications
Experience with Content Management Systems, specifically Drupal Experience with Jira and Chalk (Atlassian) for notes and documentation Experience with A/B testing or multivariable testing Marketing/communications background with SEO experience Nice to Have Skills & Experience
