Job Title Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Kitchen Cabinet Sales Representative and Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and creating innovative kitchen designs that meet our clients\' needs and preferences. This role requires a blend of sales acumen, design expertise, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Customer Service:
Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Provide product information and advice on kitchen cabinet options.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Design and Planning:
Utilize design software to create kitchen layouts and designs that meet clients\' specifications.
Present design proposals to clients, incorporating their feedback and making necessary adjustments.
Ensure designs are practical, aesthetically pleasing, and within the client\'s budget.
Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on the latest kitchen design trends, materials, and products.
Understand the features and benefits of different kitchen cabinet products.
Work closely with the installation team to ensure designs are feasible and can be executed as planned.
Coordinate with operations department to ensure timely delivery of products.
Administration:
Prepare quotes and other sales documents.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the kitchen or home improvement industry.
Strong design skills with proficiency in design software (e.g., CAD, 20-20 Design, SketchUp).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with kitchen cabinet or related area.
Bilingual abilities, English and Chinese.
