About the role and our team Product Marketers sit within the business segments and operate at the intersection of product management, marketing, sales and customer success. They translate business objectives, market opportunities and portfolio offerings into cohesive, audience-centric GTM strategies and plans. The Director, Product Marketing will develop GTM strategies for growth in Telecommunications, Energy and Utilities markets and participate in client briefings at the R&D Discovery Center in Irving, TX. What You’ll Be Doing

Lead the GTM motion for our Telecommunications, Energy and Utilities business segment Define GTM strategy and plans using data and analytics Apply the Cotality GTM Framework to align with business objectives Create value propositions, messaging playbooks, buyer personas, and product marketing plans Stay updated on market trends, competitors and customer use cases Develop differentiated messaging and content for product, marketing and sales teams Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to increase awareness and retention Collaborate with Customer Success for strategies and plans Partner with Product Management to influence product roadmaps Deliver high-impact collateral for prospective and existing customers Enable sales teams with materials like pitch decks, customer stories, and call scripts Plan and execute product/feature launches with cross-functional teams Support customer-centric event messaging Work with Corporate Marketing on awareness and lead generation campaigns Participate in client briefings at the Discovery Center in Irving, Texas What’s In It For You

10+ years of experience in Product Marketing in B2B or B2C data, analytics, technology Experience with SaaS offerings in a matrixed organization Working knowledge of AI tools and ability to leverage AI to enhance product marketing strategies Experience leading with strategy and translating into execution Ability to craft clear narratives and strong value propositions for products Self-starter with initiative and drive Strong analytical and project management skills with detail-oriented yet flexible problem-solving Experience delivering high-quality work in remote, geographically dispersed, deadline-driven environments Compensation and Application Window Annual Pay Range: 112,700 - 152,100 USD Application window: This opportunity is expected to remain posted through the date identified below, subject to business needs. 2025-09-16 Benefits and Culture Thrive with Cotality — a benefits experience designed to support your whole self, with flexible working, competitive time off, health coverage, growth opportunities and more.
