We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to drive key marketing initiatives that generate leads, build brand equity, and create customer advocates. Reporting to the VP Marketing, this role sits at the intersection of content strategy, integrated marketing, project management, and customer acquisition. You'll guide cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver impactful marketing content and measurable impact across channels including: Podcasts (Paramark podcast, guest appearances on other podcasts) LinkedIn (Company and CEO) Webinars Events & Conferences Partnerships Influencers/Creators White papers, Case Studies and more Community Management (e.g., Reddit) Paid Media (e.g., LinkedIn, Reddit, Google, Podcasts) You won’t be expected to create all the content or creative assets yourself—but you should have a strong understanding of what makes content effective and be comfortable jumping in when needed. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at turning strategy into execution, and sees content as a powerful lever for influence, performance, and brand perception. What You’ll Do Integrated Marketing: Maintain a central marketing calendar and coordinate campaigns across channels. Content Production: Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of content marketing projects across blog, podcast, LinkedIn, webinars, events, influencers, white papers, and more. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, consultants, creators, partners, and vendors to shape and execute a high-impact content roadmap. Customer Acquisition: Launch and manage campaigns designed to generate qualified leads, product demos, and customer conversions. Advocacy Building: Create content that transforms customers and prospects into loyal brand advocates. Brand Consistency: Ensure all content reflects and enhances Paramark’s brand voice and positioning. SEO Support: Collaborate with SEO agency to develop content strategies that improve traffic and performance. Thought Leadership: Help position Paramark as a leading voice in marketing, customer acquisition, marketing measurement, and incrementality testing. Project Management: Build and maintain project plans using tools like Asana, Notion, Linear, or similar. Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics, identify learnings and opportunities. Creative Input: Contribute to campaign ideation while ensuring alignment, executional excellence, and cross-functional coordination. Location: San Francisco office (340 Brannan St) – in-person at least 3 days per week Travel: Minimal; estimated 2–4 times per year for team or customer events Experience You Bring Must-Have: 3–6 years of experience in marketing, content, integrated marketing, or marketing project management Hands-on experience managing content across multiple channels (e.g., podcasts, blogs, webinars, events, influencers, white papers, video) Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, Linear, Slack) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience managing freelancers, consultants, and creative vendors Strong organizational, creative, and collaborative skills with a performance-driven mindset Nice-to-Have: Experience with AI-enabled marketing or content tools (like Jasper, ChatGPT) Background in Consumer Acquisition Marketing or B2B Demand Generation Understanding of digital marketing funnels, customer acquisition, and attribution/incrementality concepts Experience creating content (written, video, or multimedia) Familiarity with SEO strategy Who We Are Paramark helps CMOs and CFOs invest in marketing with confidence and predictability.
