Overview

Insight Global is looking for an Audio Visual Technician to join one of our largest financial clients. Onsite 5x a week at the Draper, UT office. The role is part of the Multimedia Operation Control Center which supports audio and video conference meetings globally, 24/7/365. Daily responsibilities include setting up and monitoring AV conferences remotely and onsite via Zoom, providing break-fix support for AV issues, acting as an audio conference operator, and collaborating effectively with a large group of users.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working in IT
• Experience troubleshooting audio/visual issues
• Hands-on experience supporting Zoom video conferencing
• Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Pluses

• Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Teams and WebEx
