We are looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join our team. The base pay range is $27.00/hr - $29.00/hr. This range is provided by GoldOller Real Estate Investments. Responsibilities

  • Provide superior customer service
  • Collect rent payments and past due balances from residents
  • Receive and process collections in accordance with company standards
  • Maintain all resident files, ensuring completeness and accuracy of all paperwork and documentation
  • Resolve resident complaints and direct pertinent issues to the Community Manager
  • Conduct resident move-out apartment inspections and complete deposit accounting with Community Manager’s approval
  • Maintain all account records and transactions including NSFs, rent allowances, concessions, rent increases, and other management approved debits and credits
  • In the Community Manager’s absence, aid in monitoring staff for the successful operation of the community
  • Be thoroughly familiar with the local area and the community and what it has to offer prospective residents
  • Other duties per job description

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of RealPage products preferred, including OneSite
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Understanding of Fair Housing and related laws (e.g., Fair Credit Reporting Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, landlord-tenant law, OSHA standards, local and state building codes)
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with little direction

Position Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and/or Business preferred
  • Experience: Two years+ of residential property management experience as an Assistant Community Manager
  • Certifications: CAM or ARM a plus
  • Able to work weekends
  • Able to sit, stand, walk and climb stairs for long periods
  • Able to travel and stay overnight as needed
