Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying talent for product + brand campaigns, managing always-on seeding/PR lists, and creating relationships with new talent


• Assist in creating influencer briefs, identifying emerging talent, and maintaining the influencer database and program recaps


• Brainstorming and content ideation across all teams


• Assist in internal and influencer agency communications to ensure projects are following marketing timelines and execute best-in-class influencer campaigns


• Support with on-site logistics at experiential events and collaborations to ensure successful execution

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and key Social Media platforms and analytics/listening tools


• Self-motivated, creative, strategically and tactically thinker


• Ability to multi-task, manage tight timelines, and prioritize as needed


• Positive and collaborative attitude with a love for social media, content, and trends
