  • Collaborate with agency and external stakeholders to create, develop, produce, and deliver content for clients.
  • Ensure content teams have space and time to develop great content while maximizing efficiency.
  • Serve as the expert on integrated marketing campaigns, working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, joint agency environment.
  • Work with senior/exec producers to execute content and social production on larger campaigns.
  • Act as the agency contact on projects alongside the executive producer and/or director of content production.
  • Develop realistic estimates, scope, and timelines; manage scope and budget as projects progress.
  • Track costs and reconcile estimates to actuals throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify risks/issues early; assist in resolution and escalate as needed.
  • Ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables with the client, consulting with the executive producer or director of content production as needed.
  • Continuously review production processes to improve effectiveness; optimize workflows and resource allocation.
  • Build partnerships within and outside the Production team across the agency and with creative stakeholders.
  • Experience across the production lifecycle from in-camera capture to multi-channel deployment; strong understanding of post-production and resources for stills, video, animation, and digital.

What You’ll Have

  • Experience overseeing end-to-end production: short- and long-form content, animation, graphics, shoots, OLV, social/digital content, and photography.
  • Experience estimating, scheduling, maintaining timelines, delivery, and wrap-up.
  • Knowledge of post-production processes, tools, technology, and project management software; understanding of video production.
  • Active user of current social media apps (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).
  • Problem-solving ability to deliver high-quality results with input from leadership.
  • Understanding of project finance, staffing, and profitability related to project management.
