Overview

Business Initiative/Purpose: Hire a content designer to support Digital Commerce teams.

Bachelor Degree: Required.

Role Responsibilities

This role sits at the intersection of UX writing and product design—helping users stay informed, engaged, and secure while interacting with our platform. Play a key role in shaping the way client communicates highly visible, critical information, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and consistency across touchpoints. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and execution. Ensures user-friendly messaging for design flows, helping applicants, clients, and/or Teammates securely and seamlessly complete banking tasks with confidence and ease.

Must Have Skills/Prior Experiences

• 2+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, marketing, copywriting, or related field
• Understanding of UX, content design, and information architecture.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, user research, and performance analytics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

Plus/Nice to Have Skills/Prior Experiences

• Experience in financial institutions, specifically retail banking.
• Experience with CMS, design tools like Figma, and collaboration tools like Miro.
