Overview
Our Life Science Connect Client Content Team connects our clients and readers. The Client Content Manager is responsible for the production and optimization of content for an assigned set of customers and for promoting client content in our regular and custom newsletters. When this is done well, we are viewed as a partner and an extension of our clients' marketing and sales enablement teams. We seek to understand, work hard to learn what is needed, and relentlessly provide real help. This role is based in Horsham, PA, and reports to our Horsham, PA location.

To provide the highest level of support to our growing list of clients, we need to add a Client Content Manager to our team in Horsham, PA. The ideal candidate will have fluency in digital tools and website management frameworks such as WordPress and a track record of progressively responsible experience in managing digital content related to website content management, social media, and web publishing.
Responsibilities
- Client Administration and Communications: Build and maintain relationships with client contacts for the collection and administration of the client\'s Audience Access programs.
- Assist the Business Development team with the client onboarding process, gathering company information and content.
- Ensure client Audience Access programs start on time and operate without issue throughout.
- Explain production procedures and best practices to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Help Business Development Reps identify accounts that need varied or new content.
- Client Content Posting and Optimization: Populate email newsletters monthly to ensure clients receive Audience Access inclusions. May include working directly with clients by setting deadlines and collecting content.
- Align content to themed newsletter sends through mapping content across the upcoming month.
- Collaborate with the editorial team to identify timely and applicable editorial content.
- Help Business Development Reps select and schedule content for quarterly Sourcing Center newsletters and other special edition, themed, or product newsletters.
- Edit and optimize all content titles and summaries within general and custom newsletters for formatting, spacing, and reader engagement.
- Create subject lines, pre-headers, and newsletter titles for a variety of newsletter types.
- Write and optimize unique emails as part of lead nurturing or ABM campaigns, including web page introductions, newsletter introductions/footers, or full messaging related to content themes, portfolios, or individual content pieces.
- Project management and reporting as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s degree (equivalent work experience considered)
- 3-5 years of experience in a content production or customer service role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong proofreading and copy-editing abilities
- 1-3 years of experience with HTML; comfortable with web and social media
- Basic understanding of Google search rankings
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or within a small team
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical background in communications or life sciences
- Prior SEO training and experience
- Knowledge of SEO copy writing
- Experience writing original copy for the web
