Job Description

The Assistant Manager is a multi-faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Responsibilities include driving sales by analyzing the business and delivering best-in-class customer service, overseeing daily store operations (opening/closing routines and process efficiency), applying creative expertise through floorset updates and product knowledge, and leading talent by recruiting, training, engagement, and development. This role supports a promote-from-within culture and offers growth toward future store leadership.
