Overview
The Assistant Manager is a multi-faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Focus areas include driving sales through data-driven analysis and delivering best-in-class customer service, overseeing daily store operations (opening/closing routines, process efficiency), applying creative expertise for floorset updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge, and leading talent through recruiting, training, engagement, and development. This role supports a promote-from-within philosophy and provides opportunities to grow into future leadership within the store organization.
