Job Description
The Assistant Manager is a multi-faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. They drive sales by analyzing the business and providing best-in-class customer service. They oversee daily store operations including opening and closing routines, and drive efficiency in store processes. They leverage floorset updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge. They are talent leaders, responsible for recruiting, training, engagement, and development. They contribute to a promote-from-within culture and may grow into future leaders of the store.
