Role Summary

The Retail Admin Coordinator – Outlet + Big Beautiful Store Graphic Assets collaborates with the visual merchandising team and graphics department to curate in-store signage and lifestyle graphics, ensuring brand consistency and timely execution. You will manage complex print production projects across multiple substrates and installation applications, keeping all production organized, on schedule, and within budget. You will also support the End-to-End space planning process and serve as the primary contact for Seasonal Graphic Rollout.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate bi-annual graphic rollouts: plan and schedule graphic rollouts for international and concept company-owned stores, with a focus on Excel-based tracking and reporting.
  • Support planogram creation: assist in preparing and updating planograms for high-profile store locations, ensuring brand representation is maintained and visually consistent.
  • Continuous improvement: help refine planogram and rollout processes to ensure updates are accurate and regularly maintained.
  • Maintain planning documentation: manage calendars, planograms, marketing sheets, and related resources.
  • Create graphic rollout guides: assist in producing clear guides to help stores follow rollout steps and maintain consistent execution.
  • Update standards manual: maintain the graphic portion of the standards manual.
  • Monitor corporate mock store: maintain visual displays to align with actual store graphics, POP, assortments and pricing.
  • Administrative support: compile meeting notes, manage departmental calendars, and assist with other clerical tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to take initiative on administrative tasks.
  • Excellent time management with the ability to meet deadlines while handling various clerical responsibilities.
  • Proficient in Office tools, especially Excel; comfortable managing large data sets; ability to track schedules and compile reports.
  • Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience with visual merchandising documentation and basic understanding of floor plans, graphics, and marketing materials.
  • Strong attention to detail in reviewing floor plans and store layouts, ensuring brand alignment.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, retail management, or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years in a corporate or retail environment, preferably in administrative or support roles.
  • Retail support: experience in retail operations, merchandising, or space planning is a plus.
  • Documentation: strong skills in preparing, organizing, and managing reports and printed materials.
  • Budget & cost management: ability to track budgets and provide cost estimates.
  • Computer skills: proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook; advanced Excel skills; basic knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign is a plus.
  • Attention to detail: strong numerical and budgetary awareness, with accuracy.
  • Communication: excellent written and verbal communication skills for reports and updates.

The pay range for this role is $25.00-$30.00/hr USD.
